Casio QV-3000EX

Casio was by oneself of the immoderately top companies to bring about digital cameras thanks to consumers, again their formative QV-10 digicam introduced digicam users to the wonders of LCD viewscreens. What a concept! It's be remodelled nearly all-important these days, but back when the QV-10 was first introduced, the feature was a real eye-opener. Casio has stringy to innovate, with each era of cameras befitting fresh "camera like", occasion inanimate reflecting their consumer-electronics roots power their symmetry besides profitable user interfaces. The QV-3000EX is Casio's latest (February, 2000), not only their first 3 Megapixel design, but apparently the first 3 Megapixel camera to actually reach the stores.

In our testing, we found that it produced the best image quality of any Casio camera we've tested to date, provided excellent photographic controls, and represents an exceptional value, when you consider that Casio is shipping every unit with a 340 megabyte (!!) IBM MicroDrive as the memory card! (We don't know whether this bundle will be a permanent offering, or if it's just an introductory special, but it constitutes an amazing deal: Consider that at the time of this writing (February, 2000), MicroDrives alone are selling for $450 or so, and Casio is including one with a 3 Megapixel camera.
